Returns & Exchange Policy

General Return/Exchange Guidelines

Please do contact us at Marketing@roseofsharon.com.sg prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.

All returns will be issued with store credit at the price of purchase with a 6 months validity from the date issued. Kindly note that we do not issue cash refunds. Please note that all sale items have a non-refundable and non-exchangeable policy.

For Online Purchases, we accept returns that reach us within 15 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Confirmation number. All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, price tags, labels, etc., that was originally shipped with the item.

Postage back to us must be trackable and paid for by customer. If you would like to return your items offline, you will be able to drop your items off at International Plaza #02-67/68.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.  You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective item or item that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer. Each package will have a Returns & Exchange form that needs to be returned together with the item of return.

There will be a fee of $10 imposed for administrative cost for exchanges on Sales item.

RETURNS 
15 Day Return Policy – Defective/ Damaged Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To return your item, please do contact us at Marketing@roseofsharon.com.sg and fill in the Returns & Exchanges form. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is received by us in unused and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase with store credits to be utilized within 6 months from date of issue.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as sale items and personal wear items for hygienic reasons. These goods are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable.

EXCHANGES
15 Day Exchange Policy 

Exchanges are only accepted if you have placed the wrong size or if you have received a defective item.

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at Marketing@roseofsharon.com.sg and fill in the Returns & Exchanges form. Defective products may only be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your items (including photos if available), and any other information about your item that may help us understand the potential defect.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed. We will bear the shipping costs as well.

If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us at Marketing@roseofsharon.com.sg and fill in the Returns & Exchanges form. Items ordered in the wrong size, are eligible for exchanges. In the event the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued to be utilized within 6 months from the date of issue. Shipping costs will be borne under your responsibility as well.
